On Saturday, June 24 was our Summer Author Reading in Sherwood Park (near Edmonton), a wonderful experience with eight readers and great café audience.
I would like to thank Social Grounds Coffeehouse (SGC), who once again let us use their picturesque premises, Mandy Eve-Barnett for hosting the event, and Beth Rowe for coordinating author readings and supplying her microphone and speaker.
Winners of the book draw included an SGC employee, an SGC customer, and one of the readers.
