B is for Balanced Sentence and Beer | #AtoZChallenge

A balanced sentence consists of two roughly equal parts that are similar in grammatical structure and importance. It is the opposite of a regular, or loose sentence.

Because of their symmetry, parallel structure, clarity, and impact, balanced sentences are often used by politicians and public speakers. Rhythmic, pleasing, and memorable, balanced sentences make good slogans in advertising.

I like balanced sentences. I often tend to subconsciously use them–or at least I don’t think about it when I use them.
