Day 3: Today’s Writing Song

I’m all about this song because of how 2CELLOS perform it. I can watch the video an infinite number of times.

Merging of the classical sounds of cello and violin with rock is something I’ve always loved. My ear also likes to have “lots to listen to” in terms of musical composition and technical skill.

If you can, play it loud so it gets inside you.

For writers, the video can spark the imagination and take it to new places and heights. Without video, the song inspires scenes of tension, conflict, action, and beauty. Beads of sweat erupt on my musician protagonist’s face when I play this song.

Today’s writing song is 2CELLOS’ They Don’t Care About Us–Michael Jackson [OFFICIAL VIDEO] posted by 2CELLOS.
