I’m writing and revising for a fall deadline, so my blog post schedule is adjusting to accommodate my two projects. I’m also back at work, and mine is a pretty intense job.
Tomorrow, I’m reblogging Dan Alatorre’s post about the use of StumbleUpon. His recent statistics had shown that referrals from this medium vastly improved traffic to his blog.
After tomorrow, I’m aiming to post two to three times a week as a minimum. Throughout December, I posted every day with the blog series Today’s Christmas Song. Over Christmas vacation, I had the luxury to post every day as well, which gave me a great opportunity to connect with the blog writing and reading community. My list of followers is growing, and I thank all of you for that and for checking out my posts.
Both books are scheduled to be released by Words in the Park time in October 2017. Although this is an Alberta event, these new books will be available as paperbacks and e-books on online books sites internationally, just like the current Beyond the Precipice is now. You can check out my Events page for upcoming book signings, author and book events, and retreats or conferences I will be involved in this year, as well as post-event photos.
In addition to book events, my guitar instructor has recently confirmed that we will once again hold a guitar ensemble in 2017. This will be my third year taking part. The previous two years have interesting memories attached. The ensemble of May 2015 was my first public music performance in 33 years. On the night of the ensemble of June 2016, my second grandson was born. Once I have photos from the 2017 ensemble, I will post them.
Thank you for your continued support on this blog.
Please check in tomorrow for author Dan Alatorre’s post.
Wrapping Up a Successful 2016, with a look ahead to blog posts in 2017.
A New Year for This Blog: planned for us in 2017.
